• Contiguous lots, vacant in fills, large parcels, vacant lots, or rehab potential
• Environmentally clear, free of liens, encumbrances, and clear title preferred but not mandatory
• Zoned for residential use
• Preference for lots that will not require a variance for single family homeownership
