Our specialty builds offer a unique sense of community by bringing together like minded people with common interests to work together towards a shared goal of making homeownership dreams come true.
Special Events
Habitat Pinellas and West Pasco hosts several signature events throughout the year and we are always looking for volunteers! Check out the calendar below for a listing of all the signature events and give back nights that we need your help with.
CEO Build
Our first annual CEO Build will give leaders in the community the opportunity to build a home for a local family.
Faith Build
The annual Faith Build calls people to leave the halls of the church and to serve a Christian family building their forever home.
The House That Law Built
For many families, the dream of homeownership seems unattainable. Habitat for Humanity empowers these families by helping make their dreams a reality. This is how we serve God, build hope and break the cycle of poverty in our community. We are teaming up with our local legal community, volunteers and community organizations to build a home for a local family. We invite you to join us.
Men’s Build
In it’s second year, the Habitat Pinellas and West Pasco Men’s Build is powered by the men of our Hunks with Hammers giving circle and local supporters in the community. Each year, this group of men come together to build a home in partnership with a local single father.
Pride Build
Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties is proud to host its first Pride Build. We invite members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies to help us build a home in St. Petersburg. Your sponsorship will support our vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Veteran’s Build
We are teaming up with military and veteran families, volunteers and community organizations to build a home for a veteran family who served our country proudly. This year, Habitat will complete its second Veterans Build!
Women’s Build
Women’s Build is a national initiative to engage women in the effort to provide safe and decent homes for families in need of affordable housing. By recruiting, educating and inspiring women to build, they can transform lives in their communities.
