Join Habitat of Pinellas & West Pasco in congratulating Sean King on his recent promotion to Vice President of Government Relations.

In his new role, Sean will continue to work with Habitat’s CEO, leadership, and Board of Director’s to lead the affiliate’s government relations efforts that align with the organizational objectives. He and his team will plan and execute a comprehensive, proactive government affairs strategy that advances the Habitat mission and goals with local, regional, state, and federal elected officials. Additionally, Sean will also be responsible for directing compliance activities in relation to governmental funding sources and contracts as well as initial pre-development project management oversight for larger development projects.

In his previous role as Director of Government Relations, Sean did a fantastic job furthering the relationships that Habitat has with government officials, associated authorities, committees, and other local leaders in our community. With his new position, Sean will be able to continue and grow these relationships at a greater level. We are so proud of the work that Sean has put into advocating for affordable housing and engaging with elected officials in our community. Keep up the great work!
