On Friday, April 1st, the community came together to support the Habitat mission at the sold-out Roaring 20’s Prohibition Party presented by Crown Automotive! The event at the Vinoy Renaissance Resort took guests back in time to the 1920s in celebration of the Habitat mission..
It was a roaring good night for Habitat! One that saw testimonials by homeowner Cheri Delguidici, and heard from families and individuals currently in the homeownership program. Those in attendance rallied behind an anonymous donor who kicked off the night with a generous $150,000 challenge donation. Thanks to the support of our Prohibition Party sponsors and supporters, over $588,000 was raised to support affordable homeownership opportunities for deserving families.
