Here at Habitat, we understand that these uncertain times can be difficult for everyone. Many are homebound for the upcoming weeks, which leaves a lot of our families facing tough challenges. However, others are making the best of the situation and finding ways to stay positive. We will be sharing updates that our homeowner candidates shared about how their families are staying positive during this time.  

The Reynolds family is finding ways to have fun this week. While they are home for some time, they have been enjoying makeshift camping inside their home. Tyree’s six-year-old daughter, Chloe, loves when they play “the floor is lava” game that many children know.

When Tyree isn’t doing her favorite “me” time activity of taking bubble baths, she has been a great friend by checking in with childhood friends and giving others supplies that they may be in need of. She is using this time to catch up on sleep, look at happy memories such as her daughter graduating VPK, and couponing to save money. Tyree shares, “I hope I can make at least one person smile- have a wonderful day!”
