Application Sessions Reopen in October
In an effort to best serve future homeowners, application sessions are currently closed but will reopen on October 3, 2022. Signup for these sessions will be made available beginning the morning of September 26, 2022.

Use This Time to Prep! Although applications are currently closed, we are hosting Homeownership Application Preparation sessions monthly for interested applicants.

We encourage you to prepare for your upcoming appointment by looking at your finances now. If you are an hourly employee, ensure you know where to retrieve your paystubs. If 1099, ensure you have either monthly Profit & Loss statements for the previous 24 months or the past two years of tax returns including your Schedule C. Please work to ensure you do your best not to have late payments, overdrafts, or insufficient funds charges. Preparing now will set you up for future success.
