From 2018 to 2020, Power Design has supported more than 300 charities across the country. The 10 organizations we have been most involved with since 2018 are: Bay Area Advisors, the Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County, Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, Piper's Angels Foundation, Lustgarten Foundation, SPCA Tampa Bay, American Heart Association, Gary Sinise Foundation, and Gramatica Family Foundation.

Another project under construction in Pinellas Park is the largest development to date by Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties. Fifty single-family homes are being built, east of 68th Street North between 62nd Avenue and 64th Avenue North. The project could eventually grow to 75 homes, Coughlin said.

NEW PORT RICHEY — The COVID-19 pandemic may have shrunk the size and scope of Habitat for Humanity’s home dedication events, but it can’t touch the joyful emotion expressed each and every time.

All the smiles and happy tears were on full display Oct. 23 when Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties hosted a triple home dedication event in New Port Richey.

When it comes to giving, MaintenX believes in coming out swinging – the golf clubs, that is!
