A competitive living wage: In 2020, Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties increased its minimum wage from $13.50 an hour to $15. Now it says is doing more. By 2024, its hourly rate will increase to $18. “Our board of directors and executive leadership team see this as an opportunity to lead the way for nonprofits to do our part to ensure our talent is making a livable wage,” said Mike Sutton, president and CEO of the affiliate in a statement.
