Aiden, Pryce, and Cade are starting up Home School this week and are our Habitat Back-to-School Spotlight today!
Aiden is beginning the 7th grade and is excited to learn more about science, his favorite subject. His goal is to get better at history this year. When he grows up, he wants to be a video game designer!
Pryce is a rising 4th grader who is excited to get better at math and social studies this year. His favorite subject is art and wants to be a Navy seal in the future.
Cade is starting 2nd grade and is eager to learn more about language arts because “it has the most lesson slides”. When he grows up, he wants to be an artist and his favorite subject in school is science.
Alongside the boys is their little sister, Skyla, who is only one year old, but loves to draw and watch her brothers at home school. For the family, school is important because “an education prepares them for learning opportunities and life skills that will enhance their job skills and prepare for their future career”.
For Home Schoolers such as Aiden, Pryce, and Cade, their safe and secure Habitat home is crucial so that they are able to focus and complete their school work. If you or someone you know is interested in applying for the Habitat for Humanity program, please check out our Apply Page on our website for more information.
“Home is where family is.”
