NEW PORT RICHEY — The COVID-19 pandemic may have shrunk the size and scope of Habitat for Humanity’s home dedication events, but it can’t touch the joyful emotion expressed each and every time.

All the smiles and happy tears were on full display Oct. 23 when Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties hosted a triple home dedication event in New Port Richey.
