In June of 2019, Habitat Pinellas and West Pasco broke ground on it’s largest development to date. Tellor Estates will eventually grow to 75 single-family homes in Pinellas Park. The first phase, 15 homes down 68th Street North, has been completed and phase two has begun.

The second phase includes new infrastructure ahead of another street of Habitat homeowners. The project current stands at 16 homes completed, 6 homes under construction and 48 more to come.
