Andrew Fink, MD – President of BayCare Medical Group
In July 2016, Drew Fink, MD, became BayCare Medical Group’s President, BayCare Health System. Dr. Fink was Chief Medical Officer of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital from January of 2014 – July 2016. Dr. Fink was part of BayCare Medical Group and Morton Plant Mease Primary Care for 11 years as a partner, Board Member, and Vice President. He was the group’s lead physician on the implementation of two EHR systems. Dr. Fink also helped develop and lead the group’s recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Dr. Fink served as Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for North Bay Hospital and BayCare Health System and led the implementation of an electronic medical record at North Bay Hospital.
A Board-Certified Internist, Dr. Fink completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Dallas, went to medical school at Washington University St. Louis and completed a residency at the University of Florida.
Christopher Scot Majeski – SVP, Head of Private Client Group Supervision at Raymond James
Chris has over 25 years of leadership experience in the Americas, Europe, and Pacific Rim supporting wealth management, institutional, and retail banking businesses. Currently, he is the Head of Private Client Group Supervision at Raymond James, where he has been responsible for building and evolving an operating model supporting multiple wealth management affiliation options as well as businesses and legal entities around the globe. Prior to joining Raymond James, he was a compliance executive at Bank of America/ Merrill Lynch supporting strategic business priorities and risk management efforts across Merrill Lynch Wealth Management (MLWM), U.S. Trust, Merrill Edge, and Global Banking & Markets. Chris joined Merrill Lynch in 1999, and over his tenure at Bank of America/ Merrill Lynch has held a number of senior roles. He was the compliance executive for MLWM and Merrill Edge and also supported banking and lending products distributed through multiple channels. While in Singapore, he served as the regional compliance executive for Pacific Rim Wealth Management and Corporate Banking – Treasury Services, and was the overall Southeast Asia country compliance executive supporting all legal entities and lines of business. In the U.S., he also served as the audit executive covering two U.S. retail and institutional banks and Global Corporate Credit, and prior to that was the Europe, Middle East, & Africa Wealth Management audit executive based in London.
Before joining Merrill, he was with Deloitte&Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers covering financial services. Chris is a mentor and an active leader and contributor in the financial services industry, broad-based sustainability efforts and in multiple non profit organizations serving the greater Tampa Bay community. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University. Chris lives in St. Petersburg, Florida and is married with three children.
Ian Peterson – Founder & CEO of Dialed In Golf Solutions
Ian Peterson spent over 20 years in corporate America overseeing Finance and Governance organizations for IT and Insurance companies. Ian grew up in the Bronx, New York and moved to St.
Petersburg, FL, where he attended Boca Ciega High School and Eckerd College. Ian married his beautiful wife Ariminta in 2016 and has a bright and lovely daughter named Rhian. Late in 2017, Ian and his wife started Dialed in Golf Solutions (DiGS). Dialed in Golf Solutions is a Florida-based company working to change the way people view the wonderful game of golf. We work to provide unforgettable experiences with our pop-up golf facilities that will engage players of all ages and skill levels.
Charles A. “Charlie” Rogers
Charlie served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County, after retiring from a 34-year career in banking. He served on the Florida Division Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society and was appointed by both Governor Bush and Governor Crist to chair the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County from 2005-2015. Charlie served on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Central Florida Cares Health System, Community Vision, the Education Foundation of Osceola County, Junior Achievement, the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce, and the Valencia College Foundation as well as serving as the Chairman for the Business Advisory Board of the Osceola County School District.
A Rotarian since 1978 with 44 years of perfect attendance, Charlie has served RI as a President’s Representative (8), Council on Legislation Representative (3), Rotary International Training Leader (2), RI Convention Senior SAA (6), RI Major Gifts Advisor, RI Membership Zone Coordinator, and District Governor in 2000-01 (District 6980 – Central Florida). He is a recipient of Rotary International’s “Service Above Self Award” and The Rotary Foundation’s “Citation for Meritorious Service” and “The Distinguished Service Award”. Charlie and his wife Mary are Major Donors, Bequest Society Members, and Paul Harris Society Members Society of The Rotary Foundation, as well as PolioPlus Society members of District 6950. He has served on the RI Open World Advisory Group since 2006, and was a member of the Promotion Committee for our 2021 RI Convention in Taipei.
Charlie and his wife Mary, who is also a Rotarian, retired in 2019 and moved to Port Richey, FL where they joined the Rotary Club of New Port Richey. Charlie is their Club’s Foundation Chairman and currently serves as our District 6950 Rotary Foundation Vice Chairman and Chairs our Peace Fellowship Committee. He will be serving as our District Rotary Foundation Chair for the next three years beginning July 1st. Charlie serves as the Chairman of the Mel Greene Foundation and the Tampa Bay Area Peace and Conflict Resolution Alliance.
Marilyn Turman – Director of Communications, Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition (CULC)
Marilyn is a community activist leading the charge for the creation of the North Greenwood Clearwater Community Reinvestment Area (CRA). She is a business consultant under her company InSource Consulting, LLC, doing with work the Tamp Bay Black Business Investment Corporation and SPARK Business Consortium. She retired from Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) in 2016 after 22 years in various positions, the most recent in establishing corporate partnerships. Marilyn has served on many boards over the years including the Clearwater Neighborhood Family Center, Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition, NAACP, Pinellas County Health Consortium to name a few. Marilyn resides in Clearwater.
Our organization will also be thanking two retiring board members: Dav Mosby and Amy Rettig, who have both served on our Board of Directors for seven years since 2015. Both have been instrumental in Habitat’s growth and ability to serve families in our community over the years. In addition, we have a few others leaving the board: Doug Woolard (served four years); Gerald Thomas (served one year) is relocating to Jacksonville; and Kristen Lewis (served two years).
